Owner Troy Henagar prides himself in personally managing the entire build process and personally sees to the detail work. He never turns his homes or projects over to a project manager. He is on the job site every day which allows him to monitor the project from the slab up. He insists on making himself available to homeowners and is easily reachable.  He is committed to keeping an open and good line of communication.

He personally forms the slab, frames the walls, cuts in the roof and does extensive stair details. Troy is expert in custom trim work. He never subs out but instead personally does all the beautiful detail trim. Because Troy believes that the finish work is so important he prefers to continue to do that himself as well.

It is very seldom he is called back to do warranty work. He believes in doing it right the first time! This gives the owner peace of mind knowing their home is being built by such a professional. Should corrections be necessary, Troy will be there on the spot to help resolve as quickly as possible.
